Application of These Terms
These Terms of Purchase govern every order you place at kiplingbag.it.com. They
form the commercial agreement between you and Kipling Live for the sale of goods
and should be read alongside our Terms of Use, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.
Kipling Live operates as an authorized reseller. We are not the brand owner and we
do not act as the brand’s own retail channel. Products are offered from stock we
have sourced through authorized distribution channels.
Making a Purchase
Placing an order on kiplingbag.it.com is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when
we send a dispatch confirmation containing your tracking details. Until that point,
we may decline or cancel an order — for example where an item is out of stock,
where a pricing or description error is discovered, where payment cannot be
authorized, or where an order appears to be fraudulent.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will notify you by email and
issue a full refund to the original payment method.
Order Confirmation
After checkout you will receive an order confirmation email summarizing the items
purchased, the price paid, the shipping address and your order number. Please
check this email carefully. If any detail is incorrect, contact
support@kiplingbag.it.com promptly so we can correct it before dispatch.
Pricing and Currency
All prices on kiplingbag.it.com are displayed and charged in United States Dollars
(USD). Prices shown reflect current store pricing and may be lower than a reference,
comparison or recommended retail price where one is displayed. Reference prices
are provided for comparison only and are not necessarily prices at which the item
has been sold by us or by others.
Prices may change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price
displayed at the moment you complete checkout. Postage is never added: shipping is
free on every order.
Promotions and Discounts
Storewide promotions, including savings of up to 70 percent off, are applied
automatically at checkout or through a published promotion code. Promotional
offers:
• Apply only during the period they are published on kiplingbag.it.com
• Cannot be combined with other offers unless stated
• Apply to merchandise value, not to any separate service charge
• Are recalculated if part of an order is returned and the qualifying conditions are
no longer met
Where a promotion has a minimum spend or item requirement, those conditions are
shown with the offer.
Payment
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, which may include major
credit and debit cards and supported digital wallets. Payment is authorized at the
time of order and captured when your order is prepared for dispatch. You confirm
that you are authorized to use the payment method provided, and that the billing
information you supply is accurate.
All transactions are processed through secure payment providers. We do not store
full card numbers, expiry dates or security codes.
Taxes, Duties and Import Charges
Prices displayed on kiplingbag.it.com are stated in USD and may not include import
duties, customs processing fees or taxes levied by the destination country. Where
such charges apply, they are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected by
the carrier or customs authority, not by Kipling Live. We complete customs
documentation accurately and in accordance with carrier requirements.
Availability and Quantity Limits
Product availability is shown on each product page and confirmed when your order
is prepared. Where demand exceeds supply, we may limit the quantity available per
customer, per household or per order, and may decline orders that appear to be
placed for resale outside of our wholesale program.
If an item in your order becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you
with the option of a replacement, a partial shipment or a refund for the unavailable
item.
Dispatch and Delivery
Orders are processed within one to three business days and delivered within an
estimated six to twelve days after dispatch. Full details, including tracking, address
accuracy and lost or damaged parcels, are set out in our Shipping Policy.
Risk of Loss and Title
Risk of loss and damage passes to you when your order is delivered to the shipping
address you provided, or when the parcel is collected by you or your nominated
representative. Title in the goods passes to you at the point of delivery, except
where a return is authorized, in which case title reverts to us on receipt and
inspection of the returned item.
Inspection on Arrival
Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item is damaged in transit, defective, or
not what you ordered, contact support@kiplingbag.it.com with your order number
and photographs within a reasonable period of delivery. We will arrange a
replacement or a full refund and will cover all associated return shipping costs.
Cancellation
You may cancel an order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched by
emailing support@kiplingbag.it.com with your order number. Once an order has
been dispatched it cannot be cancelled, but it may be returned within sixty days of
delivery under our Refund Policy.
Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In summary: eligible items
may be returned within sixty days of delivery, returns are free when authorized in
advance and sent with our prepaid label, and approved refunds are completed
within five to ten business days to the original payment method in USD.
Errors and Corrections
We reserve the right to correct typographical, pricing, imagery or description errors
on kiplingbag.it.com, including after an order has been placed. Where a correction
materially affects your order, we will contact you before dispatching and offer the
choice of continuing at the corrected price or cancelling for a full refund.
Events Beyond Our Control
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our
reasonable control, including severe weather, carrier disruption, industrial action,
customs delays, epidemic, act of government, or failure of third-party systems.
Where such an event affects your order, we will keep you informed and work to
complete or refund your order as quickly as possible.
Entire Agreement
These Terms of Purchase, together with our Terms of Use, Shipping Policy, Refund
Policy and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Kipling
Live regarding your purchase and supersede any prior understanding on the same
subject.
